Mass flow controllers RNP
A mass flow controller (MFC) is a rotametric flow sensor with continuous measurement of temperature of flowing liquid (water, aqueous solutions) and is intended for thermostating:- injection moulds
- moulds for shaping rubber by blowing
- extruder heads
- vacuum pumps
- transformer welders
- calibration devices
- and other similar applications.
Design:
The mass flow controller consists of repeatable segments, the number of which depends on the number of thermostated circuits in the thermostated object.

Principle of operation:
By opening the control and shut-off valve 2, we direct the liquid to the thermostatic object with the use of stub tube 3, then to the lower body 1 with the use of stub tube 4, where its temperature is measured. The flow rate of the fluid is set by means of valve 2 so as to obtain the assumed temperature of the thermostated object.
The regulator segment is composed of:
1 - bottom body
2 - control and shut-off valve
3 - straight stub tube
4 - angled stub tube
5 - bimetal thermometer
6 - rotameter flow indicator
7 - mounting sleeve
8 - korpusu górnego
9 - shut-off valve
10 - spacer screw
Cut off the flow in the regulator segment with valves 2 and 9. The order of disassembly of the rotameter tube is determined by the numbers with the arrows. Install in reverse order.
