A mass flow controller (RNP) is a rotametric flow sensor with continuous measurement of temperature of flowing liquid (water, aqueous solutions) and is intended for thermostating:

• injection moulds
• moulds for shaping rubber by blowing
• extruder heads
• vacuum pumps
• transformer welders
• calibration devices
• and other similar applications.

Float Level Sensors PCP

The float level sensor is intended for signaling the level threshold values of non-crystallizing media.

The principle of operation includes closing (z) or opening (o) contacts of NO contact relays or switching (p) reed switch contacts. The float is equipped with a magnet and moves along the guide tube owing to the force of buoyancy. It closes or opens the contacts of a reed switch. In this way, the limit signal is triggered when the lower or upper level threshold is exceeded. The functionality of a reed switch from opening to closing and vice versa can be switched by changing the position of the float.
